Great communication with the owner and helpful tips from Tea, who met us with the key. Tastefully furnished and clean apartment in the heart of a charming city. Close walking distance to both entrances into the old city.
Lots of steps, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Smaller balcony with no view, not worth considering as a selling point.

My recent stay at Templar Residence Apartments was absolutely amazing. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the modern amenities I needed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver after a long day exploring the city. The location was perfect, close to the famous Buza bar where I enjoyed breathtaking sunset views. The apartment was also situated in a quieter part of the city, so I didn't have to worry about any late-night noise. The complimentary bottle of wine from the owner was a thoughtful touch that made me feel welcome. I highly recommend staying at Templar Residence Apartments for an exceptional experience in Dubrovnik.

Perfect location, away from crowds and noise. Beautiful, newly renovated apartment. Gregor, our host, provided great information and even helped us when we locked ourselves out. Will definitely recommend to friends!
